Terms and Conditions v12my — Platform Usage Guidelines

1Member Eligibility

The v12my platform is open to all individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. v12my reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close the account of any user found not to meet these requirements.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the v12my platform. We conduct a strict age verification (KYC) process and reserve the right to request valid identification documents to verify your age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances frozen.

1.2 Citizenship & Location Requirements

1.3 Prohibited Use

• Individuals who have self-excluded from a gambling platform
• Individuals whose accounts were previously closed by v12my due to terms violations
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person or corporate entity without written authorisation

2Account & Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and v12my. We provide enterprise-grade security infrastructure, but you must also take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

2.1 Account Registration

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure without notice. v12my is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on v12my. 3Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Game Outcomes

5.2 Technical Errors

6Account Closure & Suspension

6.1 Closure by v12my

V12my may close or suspend a player account in the following situations:

• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Multiple account ownership
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of the promotions system
• Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised assistance tools
• False or inaccurate registration information
• Intimidation or threats directed at v12my staff

6.2 Closure by Player

You may close your v12my account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed to the payment method registered on your account, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to manage their play habits may apply for a temporary or permanent account suspension via the responsible gaming feature on our platform. 7Intellectual Property

8.2 Maximum Compensation

Should v12my be found liable for any losses suffered by a player, the maximum compensation claimable is limited to the total deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limit does not apply in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence on the part of v12my.
